Welding attendance can support repair, modification, replacement and small fabrication during port calls, shipyard stays and dry docking. The method depends on material, thickness, access and acceptance requirements.
Scope preparation

- Agree prefabrication, access, isolation and hot-work arrangements
- Coordinate attendance with vessel, agent and shipyard schedule
Before work begins
The vessel remains responsible for permits, isolations and safe access unless otherwise agreed. Welder qualifications, inspection, class attendance and documentation must be identified before quotation.
