MER Service supplies mattresses with valid Marine Equipment Directive certification for merchant ships, ferries, offshore vessels and other marine accommodation. Certification and documentation are confirmed for the selected approved mattress construction before supply.
Products and services can include

- Fire-resistant approved construction with documentation for the supplied product

Mattresses can be produced in standard and non-standard widths, lengths and thicknesses, including tapered corners and irregular profiles made from a drawing or template. The construction used must remain within the scope of the valid approval.
Before production
- Confirm dimensions, quantity and preferred firmness
- Provide a drawing or template for shaped berths
- State vessel, delivery port, deadline and document requirements
